Based on the current COVIDSafe planning, we can have up to 50% capacity at AAMI Park for round 1 and we are giving our members first chance to be there.
Here’s all you need to know to secure your seat to see your Premiership team.

Please note we are currently experiencing some issues with Member ticket redemption for Round 1. We are working on this as an urgent priority with Melbourne Olympic Parks and Ticketek to resolve.
1. Don’t know your barcode?
All members were sent an email on Tuesday 2 March with their barcode number/s. If you have any issues, please contact us. 2. Barcode not working?
Some members are experiencing issues with their barcodes when checking out via Ticketek. Please note this is being worked on with Ticketek urgently.
3. Ticketing fees
The Club is committed to covering these costs to ensure members are not charged any additional fees. If you have been charged these fees by Ticketek, these will be refunded. Ticketek are aware of the issue and will be working with customers to rectify.
4. Club House Members
Unfortunately, Club House tickets are not yet available. As soon as this has been rectified you will be notified. Please don’t worry, you will be able to redeem your tickets as soon as they are ready. Members have an exclusive redemption period.
We apologise for the issues and are doing our best to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Member Ticket Redemption
To ensure we adhere to physical distancing and contact tracing requirements put in place by the Victorian Government, members will be required to redeem their ticket through Ticketek to attend upcoming games.
We appreciate this is a new process but ensuring we can return to AAMI Park in a safe way is crucial.
There are no additional fees applied, noting the Club will cover the Ticketek booking fees to ensure this is not passed onto members. When you process your cart via Ticketek this will be removed.

Round 1
The member redemption window for our Round 1 game against Rabbitohs will open this Wednesday March 3 at 2pm and will last for 48 hours. Click here to redeem your tickets.
You will be able to redeem your ticket/s based on your membership category.
After the exclusive period members can still redeem tickets but public tickets will also be on sale at this time.
We recommend members redeem during the exclusive window to ensure you get the best tickets available.

AAMI Park
While we can’t wait to welcome our Storm family back to AAMI Park, you’ll notice attending games is a little different this year.
There are a few changes to the game day experience designed to keep you safe, and we’ll work with AAMI Park to make sure you have all the information you need ahead of each game.

Member packs
We appreciate your patience while we’ve been busy getting your membership packs ready for season 2021.
Your membership pack is currently being processed in our warehouse and is expected to arrive mid March. You will receive an email when your membership pack is with Australia Post.
