While it usually brings hundreds of people together at AAMI Park on the eve of our Indigenous round game, this year's Dardi Munwurro Aboriginal Men's Gathering will move online.

The gathering is an initiative supported by Melbourne Storm and Collingwood Football Club in partnership with Dardi Munwurro - an organisation that delivers healing, behaviour change and family violence programs for Aboriginal families and communities.

Around 300 men attended last year's gathering and the sixth annual event promises to inspire, with a number of guest panels and live music by Kutcha Edwards.

The event aims to shine a spotlight on important Indigenous issues including mental health, family violence, alcohol and drugs.

The gathering will be held live on the Dardi Munwurro Facebook page on Friday May 8 from 2pm.
