National Storage to join Storm corporate family

Melbourne Storm has welcomed self-storage providers, National Storage, to the Storm corporate family for the remainder of the 2019 season.

National Storage is one of Australasia’s largest self-storage providers, offering self-storage solutions to residential and commercial customers at over 160 storage centres across Australia and New Zealand.

Storm CEO Dave Donaghy said the partnership will see National Storage engage directly with fans through key moments of Storm match days, including a fan-driven man of the match award each week across all social media platforms.

"We are pleased to have another international brand in National Storage join the Storm family for the remainder of the 2019 NRL season," Donaghy said.

"We hope this will be the beginning of a long standing partnership for the club."

National Storage CEO Andrew Catsoulis said the ASX listed company was excited to add Storm to their partnership portfolio.

"Storm has proven to be a highly successful club on and off the field and we are excited about joining them for the remainder of the 2019 season," Catsoulis said.

"They also have ambitious growth plans which fits well with the direction we are heading as a business across Australia and New Zealand."

The partnership, which kicked off during last week’s match against the Sydney Roosters, has already generated outstanding engagement numbers through the first fan-driven voting system at the Storm.
