Whichever way you prefer to count down – footy is almost back!

Following a year that was full of unforgettable highs, this 2018 Storm side is ready to get their hands dirty once again.

Pre-seasons down in Melbourne are renowned for being tough and uncompromising. Now it is time for that hard work to pay off.

For some players half the battle now is just waiting for that first kick-off to arrive.

“I can’t wait to play,” Kenny Bromwich said.

“The squad is feeling really good, we have done a lot hard work this pre-season with combinations and people getting used to each other in new positions.

“I think they are building together quite nicely with a few new guys in the team. Week by week I feel like it is getting better. That is good to see but at the same time there is room for improvement.

“It has been going really well and I can’t wait until next week.”

Storm kick off their season against the Bulldogs next Saturday as part of the Perth Double Header.
