Cameron Munster has been named 18th man for Queensland ahead of Wednesday night’s Origin 2.

The versatile playmaker will join the Maroons camp in Sydney on Monday following Storm’s clash with the Cowboys at AAMI Park on Saturday night.

The selection is reward for Munster who has performed strongly at five-eighth for Melbourne during the opening half of the season.

The 22-year old, who has played 54 NRL games has been involved with the Maroons at underage level, playing U20s Origin and has experience as part of the QAS Emerging Origin Camp.
