Tui Kamikamica will become the sixth Storm debutant of the 2017 season.

The Fijian forward has been called up to make his NRL debut against the Panthers at AAMI Park on Saturday night, making him Storm player no.181.

Born on the island of Taveuni, 15 kilometres off the Fijian mainland, Kamikamica came to Australia in 2012 in pursuit his rugby league dream.

After starting out with the Parramatta Eels Under-20s, he moved to Brisbane after several years and played for Storm feeder side Sunshine Coast Falcons in 2016.

His performances last season caught the eye of Storm recruters early on and the 22-year-old made the decision to sign with Melbourne.

Kamikamica has made every post a winner since arriving at AAMI Park in the off-season.

Standing at 195cm and 110kg, he will provide a significant handful for the Panthers’ defence.

Be there for our next home game at AAMI Park in Round 5, Saturday 1 April at 7:30pm.
