Christian Welch is available to play against the Raiders after accepting an early plea for his grade one Dangerous Contact charge.
The young prop was cited for the incident that occurred in the 69th minute of Storm’s 15-14 golden point win over the Rabbitohs.
Welch has now received 75 carry over points, which will remain for the rest of the season.
