Cooper Cronk has been cleared to play for Queensland in tonight’s Origin series opener in Sydney.
The halfback has overcome an ankle injury and will line up for what will be his 17th appearance for the Maroons.
Be at AAMI Park when we take on the Panthers, Saturday 4 June, 7:30pm.
Queensland confirmed this morning he has recovered and is fit to take his place alongside Jonathan Thurston in the halves.
The Maroons have won five of the past six Origin games with Cronk as their No.7.
