Cameron Smith will again lead the Queensland Maroons as skipper for the 2016 State of Origin season opener at ANZ Stadium next Wednesday.
Cooper Cronk has also been named in his customary No.7 and will resume his dream halves partnership alongside Johnathan Thurston.
The Maroons will be chasing their 10th series win in 11 years.
