Thunderbolts coach Eric Smith has named his 17-man side to take on the Cowboys this Saturday.
Ben Halfpenny will make his much-deserved debut for the Thunderbolts after 12 months out through injury.
Storm Queensland-based members will be given free entry into Suzuki Stadium to cheer on the Under-20s ahead of the NRL Double Header at Suncorp Stadium.
