Craig Bellamy etched his name further into the rugby league record books on the weekend, moving into eighth on the list of most NRL games coached.

Sunday’s win over the Warriors marked Bellamy 344th game in the coaches box, surpassing former Manly, Balmain and North Sydney great Frank Stanton.

Currently in his 14th season as Storm coach, the master tactician has taken the Club to 13 finals appearances and five grand finals.

Storm’s unbeaten start to 2016 is also the fourth time in the last five years Bellamy has led his side to a 3-0 start.

Having just signed a new two-year deal that will see him remain in Melbourne until at least the end of 2018, there will certainly be more records tumble Bellamy’s way in the years to come.

Be at AAMI Park when Storm host the Knights on Saturday 2 April from 3pm.
