Storm CEO Dave Donaghy has swapped purple for green today in support of HeartKids Super Boss Day.

HeartKids is an organisation that provides support to children and their families affected by Childhood Heart Disease.

The Storm family is getting behind the great initiative and you can show your support by clicking here to donate.

A superhero outfit is a far cry from the traditional suit and tie but the man in charge at AAMI Park was only too happy to transform into the Incredible Hulk for the day.

“As the father of two young children, I'm thankful for not having needed Heart Kids - but equally as thankful for their existence and the remarkable work they perform every single day for families across Australia,” Donaghy said.

“Heart Kids has had a special relationship with Melbourne Storm for many years now, firstly, via Club Legend Robbie Kearns, then when they were needed for one of our off-field team and their family.”

“It truly is an amazing organisation and I hope in dressing up for the day I can play but a small part in raising much needed funds for the next Heart Kid.”

Super Boss Day started in Victoria last year but has now grown into a nation-wide initiative.

Melbourne Storm is the first sporting organisation to take part in Super Boss Day and has raised over $3,000 to date.

Any support you can show to help raise fund will be greatly appreciated.
