Tom Learoyd-Lahrs made a solid contribution to Storm feeder club Sunshine Coast Falcons, before injury derailed his season.

The well-travelled Farrer Agricultural junior moved to Melbourne in 2015 with a wealth of experience to his name, having played 119 first-grade games during his time with the Broncos and Raiders respectively.

The 30-year old former New South Wales and Country Origin representative made his Storm debut in Round 2, featuring off the interchange against Manly at Brookvale Oval.

Learoyd-Lahrs made five appearances for the Falcons, providing maturity to the young squad. However, he was sidelined for the majority of the season following arthroscopic knee surgery.
