Dale Finucane was a welcome addition to Storm’s forward pack in 2015, making an impression in his first season at the club.
The powerful 23-year old moved to Melbourne with plenty of first-grade experience, having played in two grand finals during his time at Canterbury.
With a youthful list, Finucane’s experience proved vital as the former Junior Kangaroos star made 23 appearances for the season, scoring two tries while providing extra cover for Jesse Bromwich, Kevin Proctor and Kevin Proctor.
Despite undergoing surgery for a dislocated wrist suffered against Cronulla in Round 23, Finucane was able to return in time for Storm’s Qualifying Final win over the Sydney Roosters.
