Hosting rights to a home preliminary final are on the line on Friday night when Melbourne face the Roosters at Allianz Stadium.

Both sides enter the clash carrying good form and momentum into their respective finals campaigns. The Roosters are undefeated since Round 13 while Storm have recorded back-to-back wins against top four opponents in the final two rounds of the season.

Having met twice already in season 2015, Storm and the Roosters have shared the spoils. Storm got the better of Sydney at home at AAMI Park early in the year before Trent Robinson's side returned serve in the reverse fixture in Round 12 at Allianz Stadium.

Craig Bellamy has opted for an unchanged 17 players for a second consecutive week while Sydney have named an 18-man squad with Matt McIlwrick coming onto an extended, five-man interchange bench.
