Easts Tigers sat out Round 22 of the Intrust Super Cup courtesy of the bye while the Falcons recorded another victory.

Falcons score back-to-back wins

The Sunshine Coast Falcons continued their run of strong form in the Intrust Super Cup, recording their second straight victory on Sunday.

After conceding the lead early in the contest the Falcons fought their way back into the match, edging ahead just before half-time through David Oakes.

A strong second half performance sealed Sunshine Coast's seventh win of the season as the hosts limited Central Queensland to just one try during the second stanza.

Storm outside backs Young Tonumaipea and Travis Robinson helped push the Falcons towards victory after half-time, scoring a try each in the 20-point victory.
