Melbourne Coach says his side needs to eliminate fluctuations in form and deliver an 80 minute performance if they are to return to the winner's list on Sunday.

Having recorded back-to-back wins, Storm were dealt a blow last weekend suffering a 34-16 loss to the Tigers after beginning the match brightly.

"We had a really good 20 minutes and a really poor last hour," Bellamy said on Thursday afternoon.

"Hopefully it is a better effort this week, we've had a good review and training has been good.

"It's about everyone making sure they're getting out there and doing their best. Putting the effort in for the 80 minutes, that's the message for this week.

"We need to hit back from what happened Friday night, it doesn't matter who we're playing."
