Melbourne Storm congratulates Carlton Coach Mick Malthouse on breaking the VFL/AFL coaching record on Friday night.

Malthouse, who will coach his 715th game and enter the record books as the longest serving coach in VFL/AFL history, has been a long time supporter of Storm.

Storm take on reigning premiers South Sydney at AAMI Park, Saturday 16 May from 7:30pm. Get your tickets.

In 2009 he addressed the playing group prior to the inaugural ANZAC Day clash against the Warriors, he has spoken to the Club's leaders during the 2012 premiership season and also attended many a Storm game down the years.

Melbourne Storm Football Director Frank Ponissi said:
