Overview:

A mid-year recruit from Wests Tigers, winger Marika Koroibete had a big impact for Storm, playing in the side’s final nine games of the year.

Koroibete’s influence was profound at the back end of the season with his strength, power and pace on the left edge enhancing Melbourne’s attack.

The 22-year old scored an impressive six tries from nine appearances with his combination alongside fellow young outside back Mahe Fonua flourishing as the season progressed.

With a full Melbourne pre-season under his belt, Koroibete will have a big role to play in Storm’s 2015 campaign and be an important asset to Craig Bellamy’s side.
