The Thunderbolts have returned to the winner's list in Round 14, defeating the Titans 34-10 on the Gold Coast.

After going close to scoring a length of the field try in the second minute of play, Latrell Robinson opened the evening's scoring after finding some space on the left edge.

The visitors then enjoyed some success on the Titans' opposing flank, when forward Nelson Asofa-Solomona charged through a hole to score. Suliasi Vunivalu continued the Thunderbolts bright start to the contest, handing Matt Adamson's side a 16-0 lead when he scored in the right corner..

Harrison Hughes hit back for the Titans just before half-time, reducing the Thunderbolts lead at the main break.

A strong opening to the second stanza allowed the young Storm side to press home their advantage with tries to Kurt Bernard and Nelson Asofa-Solomona.

A late try from the Gold Coast halfback Kane Egley reduced the final margin, however Asofa-Solomona's third of the evening confirmed the result.
