The now traditional ANZAC Day clash between Storm and the Warriors is back in 2014 and will once again be one of the marquee fixtures on the NRL calendar.

Melbourne and the Warriors have shared some memorable matches over previous years and this Round 8 clash in 2014 promises to be another fascinating one.

Over the previous two seasons the spoils have been shared between the two sides with each winning two out of the last four encounters.

Adding to the intrigue next season will be the one on one battle between fullbacks Billy Slater and Sam Tomkins. The two international number ones took on each other at the recent World Cup and will be able to do so once again in Round 8 as Tomkins embarks on his first NRL season with the Warriors.

2014 will be the first season since 2003 that Melbourne have only faced the Warriors on one occasion.
