Frequently Asked Questions

When do tickets go on sale for Storms week 1 match?
Tickets will begin going on sale at 10am Monday 9 September via Ticketek to Club members. Ticketed members will get priority access from 10am, followed up non-ticketed members from 1pm.

Reserved Seat members have access to purchase their same seat during the same seat member window on Mon 9 September from 10am-2pm.

General Public on-sale will be from 10am Tuesday 10 September.

How do I get access to the Members pre-sale?
For home finals, reserved seat members will need to use their same seat member code to get access to purchase their same seat during the allocated window. Members will receive their code on Sunday 8 September.

Melbourne Storm ticketed members will need to use their AAN (access advantage number) to get access to tickets. Melbourne Storm non-ticketed members will receive a code to access tickets via email on Sunday 8 September from the NRL.

AAN’s or Same Seat codes will need to be entered into the password box for Melbourne Storm finals during the allocated window to unlock tickets.

Where do I find my AAN Number?
Members can locate their AAN by entering their details into the NRL finals AAN finder. Click here to access the finder online, you will need your Storm membership number which can be found on your membership card.

My AAN Isn’t in the finder, what do I do?
If you can’t locate your AAN number, please contact the membership team on 1300 786 767 and we can help you out.

How many tickets can I purchase using my AAN?
Members can purchase up to 10 tickets using their AAN during the members pre-sale. For any tickets in groups larger than 10, you will need to contact tickets@nrl.com.au

I want to purchase multiple same seats, how do I do this?
If you have multiple reserved seats to purchase, simply enter all the same seat passwords into the Ticketek password box, one under the other and continue to purchase tickets. You can enter up to 10 passwords at a time.

I have a reserved seat, but I would like to bring along some friends who don’t have a reserved seat, what can I do?
Storm same seat members who wish to bring members or fans without a reserved seat membership will need to forgo their same seat for the game and purchase tickets using their AAN during the ticketed members on-sale. Your AAN can be found by clicking here.

I have a reserved seat, but I don’t want to sit in it for finals, what can I do?
If you’d like to sit somewhere else outside of your reserved seat, you can use your AAN number to purchase tickets. Your AAN can be found by clicking here.

Can I use my membership card to scan into NRL Finals?
No, for finals matches played at AAMI Park, all entrants must have a valid ticket purchased via Ticketek to enter.
