Bellamy's Round 7 Rundown

Catch up on all the best bits from Craig Bellamy's chat with the media ahead of Storm’s Round 7 clash against the Sydney Roosters.

Tui’s Injury & Return of NAS

“It's a calf but with Tui he always seems to recover fairly quickly from injuries he's had in the past so I think at best it would probably be two weeks but at worst it could five so it’s a little bit hard to gauge.

“Having Tui out it gives Nelson a good chance to make a mark early on in the game.”

“As I said last week he missed a lot of the preseason with the calf injury and now he's played a couple of games up in [NSW Cup] so hopefully he can come in and do a good job for us...he just need to go up there and play his role and just do his job.”

2nd Away Game

“We've only had the one away game against Newcastle so hopefully we can just put a bit of form on the board and while I think we played reasonably well up in Newcastle, we'll be looking to take it up another level tomorrow night.”

Facing the Roosters

"They're obviously always up there and they've got a lot of class players and to lose a guy like Tedesco and be able to take Manu from the centres to fullback shows just how strong they are with their depth.”

Taking on Cheese

"I just expect him to get the ball and run with it, that's what he's best at so that's what we're expecting from the Cheese.”

“He had a great game last week so we’ll have to defend well against him and defend against some of their players that give them quick play the balls.”
