Dean Britt will pull on the purple jersey for the first time on Saturday.

The 23-year-old will come off the bench to make his NRL debut against the Cowboys at AAMI Park.

The call up is much deserved for Britt who has spent the past two years developing his game in reserve grade.

A product of the Club’s Under-20s program, the hard-nosed prop will look to provide Craig Bellamy’s side with great go-forward up the middle.

Dean is the son of former Wests and Canterbury 200-game forward Darren Britt.
