Melbourne Storm wishes to express its deepest condolences to premiership player Brett Kimmorley and his family on the tragic passing of his wife Sharnie.

Brett will always be a loved member of the Storm family and both he and his four daughters will always have the support of everyone at the Club.

“Brett and Sharnie were an integral part in forming this Club and helping to build what it is today,” former Storm teammate Robbie Kearns said.

“Whilst he is no longer involved with us here, Brett, Sharnie and his family will forever be remembered for everything they’ve done for the Melbourne Storm.”

Our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time.
