The Big Issue is a not-for-profit organisation that tackles homelessness and disadvantage by providing opportunities for people in need to earn an income and reconnect with the community.

Storm jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the Footy Sales Challenge that also will see a number of professional sporting Clubs around Australia taking part.

The three Storm players who took part in the experience embraced the chance to get involved.

“Us boys are always down for something that is for a good cause,” Asofa-Solomona said.

“It is something we are not used to, going out on the streets and trying to sell something.

“We are very grateful for what we do but that is the main reason why we are here today, to experience what some people like Michael go through.”
