1. “That pass” in 2012 NRL Grand Final
If there was ever a moment that sums up Cooper Cronk’s incredible playmaking ability it was this one. With the scores locked at 4-all against the Bulldogs in the 32nd minute of the 2012 Grand Final, a pass was thrown that could be described as nothing but telepathic. Cronk flicked the ball over his left shoulder, hitting his fullback Billy Slater perfectly in full stride as he crossed the line. Try assists do not get any better than that, it was halfback play at its absolute finest.
