Melbourne currently boasts its strongest home record since moving from Olympic Park’s Graveyard to AAMI Park.
Storm have won seven of their first eight games in Melbourne this season, including their last four in a row.
It is the first time the Club has held a 7-1 home record at this stage of a season since 2008.

For the past two years Melbourne won just four of their first seven games at home.
The vast improvement falls in line with the side’s pre-season aim of turning AAMI Park into a fortress once again.
So far it appears they are well on their way to achieving that.
The seven wins have come at an average winning margin of just under 16 points with the 42-0 ANZAC Day triumph over the Warriors the standout result.
With three games still to go in Melbourne, Craig Bellamy’s side will look to build on their impressive home record, starting with next Saturday night’s clash against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Storm will then finish the home-and-away season with back-to-back blockbusters at AAMI Park against the Broncos and the top-of-the-table Cronulla Sharks.
The AAMI Park fortress is back once again and it will no doubt be full of purple pride as the Club heads into the business end of the year.
