Another Storm youngster will get to experience the Origin arena with Curtis Scott selected to play for New South Wales Under-20s.
Scott will be the sixth player from the Club who has been named to play in the Under-20’s curtain raiser to Origin III next Wednesday night.
Thunderbolts players Brodie Croft, Charlie Galo, Jake Turpin, Lachlan Timm and Josh Kerr were all named in Queensland’s Under-20s side yesterday.
Be at AAMI Park when we take on the Roosters, Saturday 23 July, 7:30pm.
Scott has played two games for Storm this season after making his NRL debut in Round 2 against the Titans.
The 18-year-old worked his way back from a fractured fibula and has since been in great form for Storm’s Feeder side Sunshine Coast Falcons in the Queensland Cup.
This is Scott’s second representative honour for the year after also playing for the Junior Kangaroos in May.
In a further boost for the Thunderbolts, fullback Jesse Arthars has been selected to represent the New Zealand Taurahere Toa rugby league team.
He will head into a four-day camp this weekend run by New Zealand Rugby Legaue.
