Storm prop Jesse Bromwich is hoping his side can ride the wave of support in Melbourne into Saturday night’s Preliminary Final against the Cowboys.

“It’s awesome that all the fans got there to watch us train (on Sunday) and really got behind us,” said Bromwich.

“The boys really loved it, it means Melbourne are really behind us. We’re a one team town, it’s something that we really pride ourselves on.”

The New Zealand international and 2014 Player of the Year is expecting another gruelling contest against the Cowboys on Saturday night, who are fresh off a 39-0 win over Cronulla.

“They’re definitely going to come out hard, their forward pack really lead the way there.

“It’s up to us to stop them there but it’s going to be a tough game and hopefully a lot of fans can get there to watch it.”
