Melbourne Storm outside back Kurt Mann has today confirmed he will join St George Illawarra Dragons at the end of the season to take up a two-year deal.

Mann has played 21 games for Storm, having made his first grade debut in 2014 after joining the Club from Newcastle Knights at the end of 2012.

The Winton Devils junior has played 13 games so far this season and will continue to play an important role as part of Craig Bellamy’s squad for the remainder of 2015.

Melbourne Storm Director of Football Frank Ponissi confirmed Mann’s departure at the end of the season.

“Kurt has played some very good football since making his NRL debut last year, so we were not surprised he attracted offers from other clubs,” Ponissi said.

“He is a terrific young man and well liked at the Club and while we are disappointed not to be able to retain his services, we wish him the best and know he will finish the season with the right attitude.”
