Storm Coach Craig Bellamy says his side is continuing to strive for the consistency they desire as they prepare to face the Cowboys on Monday night.
Storm put in their most complete performance of the year in the side's Round 3 victory against the Sharks but a second half lapse handed the visitors the attacking advantage and two late tries in the contest.
"Certainly I think we have been a little bit more consistent with our defence this season," Bellamy said on Friday.

"Having said that we've had patches in the game where we haven't been completely happy so there is always something to improve."
Melbourne will travel to Townsville one day earlier than their usual away game routine, a fact Bellamy says will take a slight mindset adjustment.
"It's a long trip, it's not the exact routine we usually use on away games, we're going a day earlier," Bellamy said.
"It's a matter of focusing in when they need to focus in for training and when we have meetings."
After being selected to make his return to football earlier in the week, Bellamy also commented on winger Matt Duffie's imminent comeback in the Intrust Super Cup for Easts Tigers.
"He's been through a whole heap that no one deserves to go through to be quite honest," Bellamy said.
"He's had a horror run of injuries. We've all just got our fingers crossed and we will be listening intently for the phone call at the end of the game and hopefully he got through well.
"He's a terrific young fella and he works so hard."
