Melbourne Storm and the Canterbury Bulldogs will meet for an opposed training session on Wednesday night prior to their trial match meeting on Saturday 21 February.
Suggested by Bulldogs Coach Des Hasler, both club's will take part in the innovative session which has been trialled among other codes worldwide.
The combined training session will also allow Storm and the Bulldogs to prepare at a higher intensity than they normally would in a regular training session as they emulate match simulation without contact.
The opposed training session will run at Gosch's Paddock on Wednesday 18 February, beginning at 6pm with all members and fans welcome.
Melbourne Storm will then play Canterbury on Saturday 21 February at AAMI Park in their final trial match of the 2015 pre-season. Tickets can be purchased here.
