Ticketing FAQ

When are tickets going on sale?

For week 1 of finals, Storm ticketed members will get access to the Member Pre-Sale, which will be from 10am Monday 28th September.

Tickets for the general public will go on sale at 10am Tuesday 29th September.

Future weeks of ticket sales will be communicated with members once finalised.

Do I need a password to buy tickets?

Due to COVID safe plans and seating requirements to simplify the purchasing process for members, there will be no password required to purchase tickets this year.

How many tickets can I buy?

The transaction limit for purchasing tickets during the 2020 Finals series is 8 tickets per transaction.

Can I buy tickets for non-members as well as members during the member pre-sale?

Yes, most definitely. The member pre-sale gives you priority access to tickets, and these tickets can be purchased for use by members and non-members.

How does the member presale work?

Melbourne Storm members will receive an email on the morning of the member pre-sale with a link to purchase tickets. Once you click the link, you will be taken to Ticketek to complete the purchase of tickets.

Are all members eligible for pre-sale?

All Storm 2020 members will get access to a pre-sale for tickets, ticketed members will get first access, followed by non ticketed members.

Is there a discount for members?

Storm ticketed Members will have access to discounted tickets during the member presale period only. The member pre-sale for week 1 will be Monday 28th September from 10am - 1pm.

Will members get access to Grand Final tickets?

The NRL is continuing to work on what a COVID safe Grand Final looks like, and should Storm proceed to the Grand Final, we will communicate with members and fans before tickets go on sale.

Will there be corporate packages available?

Where will the finals be played?

Melbourne Storm home finals will be played at Suncorp Stadium.

Borders are closed, can I still go to finals?

Given the current border closures and restrictions, not all members will be able to watch Melbourne Storm in person during our finals campaign. We encourage all supporters who want to buy tickets to check current travel and border restrictions before purchasing, to ensure they can attend the game.

I live out of Queensland, but would like to give my member entitlements to a friend or family member in Queensland to use, can I do this?

Yes, membership entitlements for the member pre-sale are transferrable, all you will need to do is forward the email to your chosen family member or friend, for them to click on the link.

 Where can I watch the finals if I can’t get to the game?

Broadcast schedules for the finals will be finalised shortly.
