Tim Glasby is feeling refreshed, ready and eager to improve following his break as he jumps back into pre-season training. WATCH the full interview in the player above.

"I went overseas…it was good fun, it was a really good break," Glasby said on Thursday.

"It’s been good, everyone is in pretty good nick. This time of year is always hard."

The reliable forward highlighted young first-graders Josh Addo-Carr and Curtis Scott as standouts so far while explaining the whole group was in good shape.

"I’ve only been here for a couple of days but Josh Addo-Carr and Curtis Scott are training really well."
