When he runs out for Friday night’s World Cup quarter-final Will Chambers will enter the rugby league history books.
The Storm centre will become the first player from the Northern Territory to play a Test in his home region when he lines up for Australia against Samoa in Darwin.

The significant milestone caps off an incredible comeback season for Chambers who was forced to spend much of 2016 frustrated by injury.
He began this season with a clear goal, to reclaim his Queensland and Australian jerseys.
Chambers let his football do the talking, with a standout season for Melbourne seeing him achieve both goals.
The 29-year-old also claimed Storm’s Best Back award for the first time in his career.
He admits the road back to the top was a difficult one but well worth the effort.
“I missed out on everything last year and I was upset with it all,” Chambers said.
“But I just had to put my mind down to it, work hard, and get myself back to playing good footy at the start of the year and I knew everything would take care of itself.
“You want to play at the top level. I came back from injury at the start of the year and really wanted to play that first Test for Australia and I was lucky enough to do that.”
