The Quarter-final fixtures have been confirmed for the first week of knockout rounds in the Rugby League World Cup.

Melbourne will again host a marquee fixture with England set to take on a red-hot Papua New Guinea on Sunday afternoon.

Australia head up to Darwin to take on Samoa, Tonga face Lebanon at Christchurch Stadium while New Zealand will look to bounce back to stay in the tournament against Fiji in Wellington.

Tickets are available from $15 to see England and Papua New Guinea in action in Melbourne on Sunday.

Qualifying final fixtures:

Friday 8.30pm, Australia v Samoa – Darwin Stadium
Saturday 3pm, Tonga v Lebanon – Christchurch Stadium
Saturday 5.30pm, New Zealand v Fiji – Wellington Regional Stadium
Sunday 4pm, England v Papua New Guinea – Melbourne Rectangular Stadium
