Melbourne will host Brisbane for a spot in the 2017 NRL Grand Final.

The Broncos’ win over Penrith on Friday night confirmed they will make the trip to AAMI Park to face Storm in a Preliminary Final next Friday night at 7.55pm.

Tickets went on sale for Storm members earlier today.

Storm holds a strong record over the Broncos, winning 12 of the last 14 games between the two sides.

Melbourne triumphed 42-12 in their most recent meeting at Suncorp Stadium.

In Brisbane’s most recent trip to Melbourne, a try to Josh Addo-Carr with three minutes remaining snatched a two-point win for the men in purple.

Storm fans are encouraged to #BringTheThunder and cover AAMI Park in a sea of purple next Friday night!
