Ryan Hoffman back in a Storm jersey next year?
There is plenty of wheels that need to start getting into motion before anything like that happens, however the coach is certainly open to the thought.
Hoffman will depart the Warriors at season’s end and the 33-year-old is open to extending his playing career, wherever that may be.
One of those place could be in Melbourne where he became one of the Club’s most loved players during his 245 games from 2003-2014.

Reports have suggested offers are also arriving from overseas to lure the esteemed veteran but if he is keen on a return to Storm, Storm would be open to welcoming him back.
“I think he is keen to go for one more year, we’d love to have him back to finish his career here,” Craig Bellamy said.
“I think he has got a couple of offers overseas so I am not quite sure exactly where he is at with the amount of offers he’s got.
“I’m not going to get into where we are at with our roster, we are just about full but we could probably find a place for him next year if he wanted to come back.
“That would be a bit of a fairytale I would imagine. I’d really like that, he was a great player for us, a great player for a long period of time and a great guy around the Club and a great leader of the Club.
“He would certainly add something to us if we could get him back here and if he decided to come back here so we’ll keep our fingers crossed.”
