Young Melbourne forward Tohu Harris is happy to fill a number of roles for his side so long as he is out on the park and playing his role.

The New Zealand international has been deployed in a number of different positions throughout the opening 16 rounds, however it is a fact that doesn't faze the 22-year old.

Be there at AAMI Park in Round 18 when Storm take on the Bulldogs.

I don't really mind, I just want to be playing," Harris said.

"I will play whatever role the coach wants me to.

"As long as I get to get out on the field then I'm happy to do it."

Melbourne will face the travelling Bulldogs on Saturday night at AAMI Park, looking to consolidate their position inside the top eight on the NRL table.

A buoyant Bulldogs outfit will travel to Melbourne after Des Hasler's said defeated the ladder leading Sea Eagles last weekend. Harris and his teammates are aware of the quality the visitors possess and know an improved performance from their last outing is required.

"We will definitely need to improve on our last performance," Harris said.

"They are a quality team. They are a big, physical team.

"We just need to turn up for the whole 80 minutes to be able to compete with the quality teams."
