The Final Showdown
Tuesday 3 September 2013 12:25 PM
Melbourne Storm will take on the Gold Coast Titans on Saturday at AAMI Park in the Final Showdown before the 2013 finals.
Coming to AAMI Park with their season on the line, the Titans will be desperate for a win to secure a place in the NRL’s top eight. Melbourne will be hoping to bounce back following a disappointing result at Brookvale Oval in their last start.
Prior to their Manly loss, Storm had recorded four straight wins on the run home. They will be eager to enter a week one Qualifying Final with a positive performance against the Titans.
The Titans got the better of Melbourne earlier in the season when the two sides last met. Gold Coast defeated Storm 18-12 in an entertaining contest at Skilled Park.
The final match of the 2013 season will be a chance for members and fans to farewell retirees and departing players as the club recognises their contribution to Melbourne Storm.
Make sure you secure your seat at The Final Showdown as Craig Bellamy’s side prepare for their 2013 finals campaign.
