BIOGRAPHY
Career: The 2007 Clive Churchill medalist was signed by the Storm after dazzling as a 15-year-old at a junior carnival on the NSW north coast. After winning an under-19’s premiership with Brisbane Norths, Inglis quickly graduated to NRL level – becoming dux of his class ever since. Inglis has been a regular for both Queensland and Australia since 2006 and in 2009 took his game to a level that has rarely been seen before. Inglis dominated at all levels last season, tearing New South Wales apart, before wreaking havoc at international level. He scored a try and kicked the match-winning field goal in last year’s premiership win. On the awards scene in 2009, he won the Golden Boot – the third successive Storm player to do so, Dally M representative player of the year, RLIF centre of the year, Storm’s best back, Mal Meninga award for Queensland’s best player in the Origin series, the Four Nations player of the tournament, and the Harry Sunderland medal for Australia’s best player in the Four Nations.

Preview: Having returned to his favoured position at centre, Inglis, who had been playing five-eighth for the past two season, has found a new lease of life. One of the hardest players to stop one-on-one, Inglis will again look to showcase his power in the NRL this year, after winning his second premiership in 2009. He continues to emerge as a future leader.
